Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Ear pain and runny nose, pain behind ear and throat pain. When we are chewing pain is lot and pain in nose and throat.

I m unable to speak loudly ... Doctor has told me that it is because of hypothroidism .. how can my voice improve within few days ..

Whenever I have tried singing a song which is high pitched I struggle to reach it. In the past I was able to reach really high notes but now I am struggling. Are there any remedies for this?

Sir ,i have small gray patches on the cheek inside the mouth and from 14 days i have quit gutkha as the doctor said that it is precancerous lesion so i want to know how long does it take take to heal gray patches or it will remain like this untill it converts into cancer, or does it also happen that it will remain intact for the whole life without converting it into cancer. i am only tensed because it is said that within 2 weeks after the cessation of the tobacco, it generally heals but not mine

Hi due to sinus/regular cold ,my nose nostrils blocked due to polypoids accumulates ,in past 1 doctor suggested to operate but another told not to go for operation, hence it was cured using Avamys drop solution,but this blocking happens frequently whenever i get cold, But the main problem is this reduces the hearing sensation too in right ear.

Both ears are red hot itchy swelling and skin become rough.problem is persisting from 1 month.plz look
