Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My mother suffer from permanent deafness on left ear, she already had a surgery in 2005 but issue was not resolved she can hear from right ear when we speak loud

I have been using Dispirin whenever it is severe. Today at about 4am it was severe, I took brufen 600 mg. It didn't work.

I had spots on the back of my throat and also on my tonsils. Which, I'm pretty sure is Tonsillitis. They were very painful and I had a fever, so i went to see the doctor, he gave me a few antibiotics. After about a week, nothing was painful anymore, it seemed as everything is back to normal. However, I couldn't help but notice the spots were still there even after a month. What should I do?

I have swelling in my cheeks, there seems to be some injury inside my mouth thus causing pain in tongue, cheeks and ears as well which is making difficult for me to talk as well.

I've been having severe throat and ear pain from past two days. Facing difficulty in swallowing.. Due to the pain i am unable to drink water also.. Felt two times feverish and full body pain.. I am 28yrs old with no history of ENT problems. Kindly suggest what should i do.?
