You seem to be having impacted wax inside your ear canal. It needs to be removed under vision by a specialist. Usually it is removed by syringing or suctioning

Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. Meanwhile you can use Otorex or soliwax three drops three times daily for five days so that ENT specialist can remove it easily
