Lesion nr third molar
I have developed a white lesion nr third molar since last 45 days most probably due to biting as during eating I generally eat fast which leads frequent biting but I dont remeber the location.
I am aplying kenacort gel since last 15 days. Please suggest treatment plan for same. Whether it is something serious. Both previous(one with black circle mark) & present image attached, Is ther any improvement.

That doesn’t appear as a lesion following a bite. Meet an ENT specialist and if required get a biopsy done
