Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a heavy snoring problem. I am drinking and smoking since 2011. I got to know that drinking and smoking caused snoring hence I left the drinking 2 months ago and reduced the smoking. Still sometime I snore heavily. is there any permanent treatment to snoring?

I am a recording artist and feel a scratch in my voice when recording. Apart from that, i feel a very heavy throat when I speak now a days. Can you suggest some thing about this?

Good morning dr hope all is well im shaz reside in uk I'm 29 years old I had problem during my school days when I lay down to sleep my nose get blocked one side I been to ENT doctor years ago he just cleared my ear wax and the problem solved now this problem has comeback to me again as soon as I lay down now my nostril get blocked stressing me to breath please do advice

My ears still buzz and now a days its navratri going all around with the sound my ears are buzzing very high what should I do??

I have been having continues sneezing n watery eyes from last 5 days. I had fever.

Already I hv done a surgery on my nose before three yrs but still breathing through my left nose is pblm and ear pblm tooo and acyse in left neck with seviour pain pls Tel me the way to cure it.

It hurts to swallow, to touch, talk, and even swallow just saliva. In side my throat is red, almost irritated in a way. I had my tonsils and lymphnoids taken out about years ago.

Hearing problem for last 30 years. Was diagnosed as otitis media. Have difficulty in listening to low decibel sounds and whispers. Can u suggest course of action, any breathing or other exercises, medication or treatment to be followed. Generally problem in both years.

I have 30% hearing loss. Visited to many doctors but did not get the good result.
