I have a slow bleed in my ear. I was cleaning with a Q-Tip and now I can hear blood pooling in my canal also I feel very lightheaded.

As per your description you might have injured your ear canal during ear cleaning..stop cleaning ear.. visit an ENT specialist/general physician for proper assessment and treatment..
