Don't use ear buds as it will push the ear wax (if that is your concern for cleaning) more towards your ear drum and making it difficult to remove. It's not right to advice any ear drops without detailed history or examination of your ear.
Next Steps
Consider online consultation or meet any ENT specialist near you.

If you have impacted wax in your ear, earbuds usually do not help. It will be better to personally meet an ENT consultant and get your ear examined as there are many more causes of blocking sensation in ear other than ear wax.. And yes if ear wax is there, the consultant will give you a wax solvent ear drop to soften the wax and if it is soft enough, he will do procedures to remove it.
