Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dear sir my problem is last 9 month is morning & after eating mucus throw out in my throat lot of mucus trow out in my nose & Throat

For the last two days i am having blood with cough. I am not having cough regularly.

Continuous running in nose(severe cold) nd eyes..throat pain , light fever,headache..b.p is decreased _90/60 mm Hg

Hissing sound in right ear only. Driving me crazy please help .......................................

I've been a pain from my ear its pitching inside it ,not in relax mood ,very painful.

My father,age-54 was diagnosed with vocal polyp 3 yrs ago.Since he was asymptomatic except slight hoarseness in voice,no treatment was advised.But few days ago on endoscopy it became suspicious since its colour has changed into whitish which was normal coloured as its surrounding tissue 3yrs ago.I want to know about any demerits of surgery and if we should go for biopsy and its further investigation.

I have problem i one side of my neck .. it is like stifness in right side of my neck .. mild stifness .. what is the problem please tell me .. can it is a serious

Hard dust in ear of my 4 years child since 1 year . I have treated once back 6 months but still it comes out again..

From last 3 months I have a mucocele /ranula under my tongue. It doesn't hurt or bother me at all,it's round in size and it often burst and release transparent liquid and then again form. Will this go away of its own? Is it a problem to have it there? Is the treatment really necessary If yes,what's the best way to get over it.

I have a lump at the edge of nose and eye.It has been there since last five months. Six months ago, I had cold and coughing, thick yellowish liquid through nose for 10 to 15 days. After that a severe pain behind the eye started and one month after the pain, lump occurred. Lump is there since last five month. What type of doctor should I visit? and what could be the potential reason. I was a smoker too.
