Enlarged oval lymph nodes
I feel that some lump is there in my lower part of mouth. I don't feel any pain. On the advice of Doctor I have undergone CT scan of neck. Report says "few discrete enlarged oval lymph nodes noted in bilateral level II, III and IV, 10-12 mm in size - possibly reactive". Pl. Let me know what to do.

You seem to be suffering from cervical lymphadenitis. There are many causes for cervical lymphadenitis and viral upper respiratory tract infection is one of them. You may need to undergo fine needle aspiration cytology of the lymph node for confirmation of diagnosis
