Doctor gave me some medicine tablets for runny nose... 1.alerid10mg 2.allegra-M 3.signeflam.. Plz tell when these tablets should be taken. Without food or with food?mor.night or in both...

2 days before I was sweating heavily , I boarded my office cab at night. For 5 minutes I put my nose near the air conditioning in order to cool down like a child. After 6 hours I started feeling scratchy throat. From then I am having cold. Water is dripping from nose , at the same time I am also sweating. I have turned off the fan. Very very mild fever.
