Hello I am looking for strong medicine and not looking for any surgery. Please advise how to proceed further

Coughing occurs when i wake up in morning and at night when i go to sleep with nose blockage. It is continuing from last 15 days

I have a sinus issue which gets worse sometimes and I can't handle it. Running nose with sneezing makes me sick. Please help me with some medication.

Lot of Wax in left ear which causes pain and itching Left ear is not working

I have severe cough in breathing pipe and makes my day difficult. Every 5 steps I have challenge in breath. Is there a possibility of suction of cough or any remedy to remove cough and get back to normal breathing. I have tried hot water but not much useful.
