Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a lump on my thyroid, the size of an olive. I went to the doctor and I had swallow and she said it is probably nothing because it moves and up and down when I swallow. She arranged a scan for me just to be sure but I still haven't received my appointment yet and now I am wondering if I should go to emergency to check it out because I am so worried.

My nose feels irritating and starts flowing for most of the time. I am a smoker. Is it due to some kind of allergy?

I am suffering from left ear infection from few days..! Their is a problem in listening and feeling that something is filled in ear.

Allergy when eat some goods like Tomoto, some spicy foods etc.. also effect from environmental changes like cold weather or dust etc.. Caused to suffering with nose itching and running also ears and eyes itching and painful.

I’ve being facing cough from past 6months . I have also used antibiotics there is no use . Please let me know what may be the reason.

I have suffering from tinnitus ( hearing internal sound of 14k Hz) continuously) since 4 year. its central and more prominent in right ear. Its came down to almost half when I press my scull top by hand. otherwise its continuous. I had taken several medication but nothing works.

Well my throat has been hurting, but i dont see anything wrong inside the throat area, i think it might be an ulcer cause its sore to swallow and i am getting alot of flem

White fluid is coming out of ear. I visited general physician and he gave me some medicines, but this fluid is not stopped.

Pain, irritation in the nose for last several months . Have consulted a surgeon in Srinagar , he is advising surgery , but I do not want to go in for it .
