Don't know what's at the back of throat
I have really bad tonsillitis. Ive had tonsillitis many many times before but not usually so painful. I haven't eaten in 4 days and I'm struggling to swallow water. I have white spots on my tonsils, above and below my tonsils and on the back of my tongue. Antibiotics are not helping yet. What worried me is as of today I have something big and white going length ways at the back of my throat in between my tonsils. Is it something in my throats that's inflamed?

You seem to be suffering acute exacerbation of chronic tonsillitis. Sometimes infection may be severe enough to require intravenous antibiotics. You need to take IV antibiotics, pain killer and antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
