I have ear ringing after tympanoplasty how much time it will remove because im in trouble with it so

I have got a lump like thing near my neck. Its paining a little whenever i touch it.

Iconsulted a doctor at wellness clinic and now i am feeling good the redishness has gone but there is some white mark on my retina little bit so can i wear lenses now

Hello doc. I am 20 yrs old and I quitted smoking few days ago. I have a problem. Every morning when clearing mouth after brush, I get some spots of blood in my saliva or mucus whatever... Doctor, I have been having a throat infection and change of voice since 7 months. I can not talk with a perfect voice, while talking my voice is straining. some medicines but it did not worked completely. The symptoms had reduced automatically approximatily 1 month ago at that time I was ok with my voice, eventhough there was voice change the effort to speak out had reduced almost 70% . 2 days ago the similar problem has started to affect me.Now I am struggling to speak. awaiting for your reply

It's been a week, I feel like some insect is moving in ear but it's not the case. I have not been in such environment. It all started when I had cold and running nose.. when I was flushing my nose i could feel pressure being released for ear as well which had never happened before. From that day i have uneasy feeling about my ear. At night i suddenly wake up feeling some movement in the ear. This has happened twice.
