Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

When i put my head down, my nose begins to fill up with mucus and I clear my throat and my nose constantly. It disturbed my sleep. I have tried Rx meds and OTC drugs, raised my head, and other things with no help. Any advise?

An upper respiratory infection and a sinus infection sore throat stuffy nose

Sharp pain in beginning of throat region(right after the uvula and deep for next few inches). Pain is so intense, I woke from my sleep last night.  swollowing food is difficult(sharp pain at that region). With my tongue, I can feel pores at that region. Neck feels a bit heated up. When I saw using a torch, I could see mucus attached to the upper region, which I could spit out(but painful) Is this usual throat infection or anything else, I'm a bit scared.

I have tinnitus in my left ear since last one year. I need solution for this to come out of this. So kindly guide me.

Hi doctor im 30 year old female, lately ive been experiencing nose bleed. im asthamtic sine 10 years old im using salbutamol inhaler without doctors prescription and i should admit i am abusing my medication and so dependent with it
