Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Mam/sir i have puberphonia problem and my voice sounds like a female voice and all tease me and could u tell me which fruits and vegetables should i eat and how should i follow it

I am having an ear problem . my ear is also bleeding a bit and is swollen n it is making me hard to eat and even speak due to the pain. My ear pain is increasing day by day. It all started with a small scratch on my outer ear , i used a medicine called fusidic acid cream and then i also washed it with water with made it even worst . please prescribe me a better medicine for my ear .

I am allergic to dust and dirt and had continuous problems with allergies i get cold easily and runny nose is very frequent. Just heard about immunotherapy for allergies please guide where and how i can get this treatments done and which doctor can give this treatments.

I have swollen gland under my left side of my jaw .It is not paining.it is almost for one year.i have bumps on my tongue.

I am 24 years old Male but my voice sounds feminine. I have taken hormone test but all the results looks good. Could someone suggest on how to proceed next on this issue. can I consult a ENT doctor or voice therapist for this issue?

I have been having a ringing sound in my right ear from previous one year . I consult a doctor ,the medicine reduces the frequency of sound but this diwali the loudness of the again increases. I search this problem online where i find that it is tinnitus . This noice is frustrating . Please help me to cure this problem.

My mother had been suffering from cold and fever for around 10 days. She also had mild otitis media at the same time and I consulted with ENT specialist as well. Now fever and otitis media is gone but she is not able to hear anything. I have to speak loudly close to her ear. ENT specialist says it happens sometimes and it is very unlikely that it will improve due to her age. He has asked for audiometry but my point is what is the use of audiometry when it is evident that she is not able to hear us. Can you please suggest what can be done to rescue her hearing ability.
