Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Almost every night my son's (5 year old) nose will bleed and the bleeding always on the left side. The issue has been prolonged since 2 weeks.

I’ve noticed it feels like somethings stuck in the back of my throat and I have a small opening it looks like with puss in it. I looked it up and the only possible thing it could be is tonsil stones and I’m feeling very paranoid.

Recently I faced breathing problem.i met dr.i did Ct scan&endoscope nose.he said in fection in nose &polip is inside nose.he told me to do operation name:'septoplasty/fess/polypectomy'. So I am using antibiotics.after completion of these tablets.he do operation.dr said that after operation also it may come again. So my doubts are:is this problem can be cured with ayurvedha treatment.my polip will go with aurvedha medicine.will it come again . Kindly give me suggestions for my problem. So my doubts are:i

I have a fishbone stuck at my right tonsil...it is very thin and i dont feel any sensation but i could still see it... I've seen a doctor and he said it can dissolve by itself.. the doctor tried to pull it out but my gag reflex was to severe... should i leave it to dissolve since i dont feel any pain??

Due to dust cleaning at my home I had cold and I started to having blooding at my right walk inside nose. In starting 2-3 says I was having pain now pain is not here but still blood is there on right wall. It seems rashes on right side nose wall.

I feel like an insect went inside my ear and died there itself. What to do to get that insect out of my ear
