I feel like that something block my left side ear for the past 1week. i feel very uncomfortable

So I’ve been sick for the past three days thought it was just a cold now my neck is sore and my throat hurts I can’t swallow and I went to the doctors and they said it was just an ear faction but I think it’s mono what do I do

I have a lump on my thyroid, the size of an olive. I went to the doctor and I had swallow and she said it is probably nothing because it moves and up and down when I swallow. She arranged a scan for me just to be sure but I still haven't received my appointment yet and now I am wondering if I should go to emergency to check it out because I am so worried.

My nose feels irritating and starts flowing for most of the time. I am a smoker. Is it due to some kind of allergy?
