Hi doctor frequently I'm cold at early morning. Even I breath any dust goes inside nasal I'm getting cold. Please suggest me solution for this.

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays for few months to year. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit to you
