Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had hearing problem, sometimes I can hear very well and some times i can't hear what my friend talks

Hi sir, I went to 4 day vacation and when i return back i have so much sore throat with dry cough and from today i am felling weak and body pain with throat pain and dry cough.

My bro has constantly nose bleeding after hitting by a cracker. Doctor gave the stitches but still it's bleeding. Please told us what we do for stopping the bleeding of nose and pls also suggest the effective pain killer.. thanks a lot..

I started with a cold 28 Aug. Self medicated, been on 2 courses of antibiotics &Tamiflu, cortizone, cough syrups & lots of antihistamines. My symptoms were sore throat stuffy nose & eventually bad cough that developed into sinus bronchitis. For a while now I don't have my normal voice. I Still cough in mornings & have post nasal drip. If I talk 2 much my voice goes raspy. A week ago I saw ENT & he said area behind my vocal chords was inflamed. He said it's due acid reflux. Help fix my voice :(

There are unraised white spots in the back of my throat, no discomfort or pain but I was wondering if it was normal to see this in the back of throats. I am a smoker.

My father is 60yrs and he has sound problem in ears. Because of that he can't ear from long distance, he can ear from short distance. I consulted many doctors and they told me that he is 60yrs. Better he can wear ear machine. But am not interested in ear machine. So please help me without ear machine. Is it possible by medicines and injections ?

Doctor gave me some medicine tablets for runny nose... 1.alerid10mg 2.allegra-M 3.signeflam.. Plz tell when these tablets should be taken. Without food or with food?mor.night or in both...
