Sore throat, white patches on tonsils
I have had a bad nasty cough for a couple days and my grandfather looked at my throat and saw some white patches on my tonsils and we were wonder what it might be. I get tonsil stones but it looks different.

You may be looking at whitish debris over tonsils which is not really abnormal. If you don't have any symptoms such as throat pain and difficulty in swallowing then you need not worry about it
