Rebound effect of nasal spray
I am unable to breath through my nose without using Nasovian spray. Used for two week to get rid of cold. Need help to come out of this . Breathing through mouth and lead to sore throat.

Should not use nasivion for long periods..it may cause rebound congestion in the nasal mucosa.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
