Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

It feels like a pimple, and sounds of liquid also comes, I can't hear properly from left ear and paining hard.

I was diagnosed to have TB but I Lost my hearing while receiving treatment for fever and tuberculosis (TB). Dr prescribed pyridoxie and Neurobion Tab. I have been taking the two along side with TB drugs (rifapilin, Isoniazid and pyrazinamide) for over two months,yet, I can't hear. Please, help me, which other drug(s) could help me to regain my hearing?

While dancing with my friends when I was intoxicated a friend of mine who was also intoxicated put the burning cigarette into my nose and it got a burn in then I didn't realise but now it is paining
