Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had a nosal allergic tendency. When I visited our local doctor, he recommended me to take telekast 10 every day after dinner. As par his recommendation I take it daily. I didn't notice any side effects. Bt is it safe to take it daily? I took it for last 3 years....

I saw very small quantity of blood with saliva in the morning today. And itching sensation in throat. Can you please guide me any home remedies for it.

I have throat irritation, light headache, mild body temperature, low appetite.

I have got really bad pain in both my wars feels like someone stabbing them and the right one sounds and feels like water in it but there isn't.

Cold and disturbance in the throat regularly. Cold may reduce after having some medicine but facing throat issue regularly

Sir/madam This diwali I was standing out of my house with my 3 months old son, suddenly some children exploded the bomb of high sound  around 17 feet (5meter) away from me. My baby started crying, now i am worried that can it cause some hearing problems to my baby because I know infants experience greatest amount of sound pressure because of smaller ear canal volume.  Can  that sound output damage some hair cells of ears. I am very much worried about hair cell damage of baby. Kindly answer. Thanking u

I have been having cold and cough from the last 3-4 days. Coughing has increased in frequency and intensity, nose is partially blocked and partially running, mild temperature running, heavy breathing when coughing (like wheezing).

It's been a week I have been having problem in breathing it is becoming difficult to breathe I feel something is stuck in my throat.

Having cough since almost a month and the congession is increasing and reducing. But now have a very bad cough continuously and full congession in chest. Can you please suggest something to remove the congession and get rid of this cough and cold completely.
