I got audiogram test done results are moderate, is there ny cure, doctor am damn frustrated

SIR I HAVE BEEN SUFFERING FROM THROAT PROBLEM SINCE FROM 2YRS .MY PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN I SWALLOW I FEELS SOMETHING BLOCKAGE SOME STRUCK JUST ABOVE RT SIDE ADAM'S APPLE SOME TIME LITTLE BIT OF SWELLING AND PAIN ,IF I THINK MUCH ABOUT THAT IT WORSE MUCH ,AND ALSO WHEN I EAT JUNK FOOD AND HARD FOOD.IT WORSE MUCH SO SIR SUGGEST ME WHAT THIS AND HOW IT CAN BE CURED.
