Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir, I belong to faizabad in up. I have problem in the right ear and unable to hear and irregular flow many years. Please help me. Wht should i do for ear.

One of my nostril is always blocked so Is it ok to use otrinoz regularly even when one is healthy and does not suffer from cold.

I have used nose OTC spray daily for 2 years after having a bad cold. I am a student who works full time so I always told my self that i did not have time to deal with the 2 week rebound congestion from quitting. However, last week I quit cold turkey. Ive noticed my nose is very dry and when I look online everywhere says prolonged use causes nasal perforation. I am terrified a stupid mistake has ruined my nose.
