Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have lymphoid tissue on upper back of throat, I have a smoking habit for the past 3 years and quit before a couple of months. I have consult an ENT and diagnosed strept throat, it's been 3 weeks sore throat, sound issue are all normal but infected back throat, I think it's due to regular smoking. Any remedies, do I need to check with endoscopy

Pls suggest how to go ahead, doctor is giving injection on everyday basis, not sure about the treatment he is giving...

I've been having dry throat accompanied with mid pain in throat since last two days . Since yesterday my nose is blocked and I'm having headache also .

I have cough with mucus. actually it started from cough then cold then sometype of noise in ear. I consulted with ENT doctor she said mucus reached to ear. she prescribed antibiotic - augmentin for 7 days then azithrol for 5 days but still recovery is not much. I also used to take steam for 2-3 times a day and taking since 15 days.

Hi, I have chronic sinus. I have recently got an mri of brain done. Evrything seems normal but in report it says mild mucosal thickening in bilateral maxillary and left sphenoid sinuses. Please suggest what could be the treatment for it. Thanks
