Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've been having a stuffy nose on either side for about 2 years now and suddenly snore when I sleep.

Hi, I have a sinus problem and for which I went to a hospital and he suggested me 'Razo-D and Montair-10' for this, but when I check in online they meant for a different purpose. So can you please suggest me whether these can be helpful for sinus issue.

Most of the time my mother feels some sound like cricket insect in her left ear and sometimes heaviness in the ear. Many times she also feels Heaviness in the head and vertigo. Why is it happening like that.

I have been a problem of running ear . the liquid is like mavad . I went to a doctor he gives me medicine but they only dried my not heals ear drum .so tell me  what I have to do ?

My breath has smelled like rotten eggs/Sulfur/poop and I don't know why. I've brush 3 times a day (morning, after lunch, before bed.) I floss regularly and use non-alcoholic mouth wash. I had tonsil stones and I thought that was the case, but after removing my tonsils the smell is still there. It feels like it is coming from the top of my mouth. I eat a normal diet. I'm 6'2 & 180lbs so a healthy weight. I'm pretty active and I'm on my feet at my job. I think it is coming from my stomach.
