I have a chronic post nasal drip problem due to constant mucus formation at the back of my throat resulting in bad breath how do I cure it ? Are there any otc Medicines available for it in India and also any home remedy available

I have ear pain when using earphone even at the possible minimum volume the pain radiates to the neck and chest, these happens always and it has been 2 years since i have used an earphone

Ear drum has a hole from 6 years 1 month ago had water perforation and severe pain. Treatment given was amoxycilin and levocitrizine. Now doctor adviced tympanoplasty But now there is no pain and no water perforation. Should i go for surgery. In case not done does it wil lead to hearing loss or any other problems in future. Audigram was done and 35% hear loss was detected.

Watery fluid discharge from left ear since last week. I consulted an ent who prescribed ciplox drops. I used it as per his instructions for three days and fluid still keeps coming sometimes. This once happened in right ear 2+ years back and doc prescribed some drops starting with letter ‘z’(I don’t remember the name) and the problem stopped. Can you please help me stop this watery drain in my left ear?
