Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have running nose through out the year and have consulted quite a few doctors. One of them told me to take montek-lc regularly. I dont want regular medications but a one time medication.

I cannot breathe through nose properly hv to breathe through mouth,blockage since 2 months

Heat burns in tongue.I have been suffering from this type problem for the past 5 years.I have taken so many different kinds of treatment and is not cured.

Do mucoceles under (floor of the mouth)pose any health risks if not removed? When there is no pain related

I have attached the CT PNS report with the summary. Doctor have suggested to go for "Functional endoscopic sinus surgery". Wanted to consider the second opinion if this can be cured by medication? My brother 30 year old has some allergy problems since last 2-3 years. But this time he had dry cough and cold on 9th Nov, which turns to Phelgm cough now and since one week with running or stuffy nose. He throws out phelgm many times a day, its thin or bit thick with white , yellowish transparent color. He is taking ASCORIL expectorant only twice a day ,since a week. How much time will this take to cure itself?

My nose is a bit enlarged in the middle for the past few years. I am not sure if the nasal bone has enlarged or is it some muscle in that region

There something growing between my chick and ears it look likes pimple but if i touch it it looks like bone its hard and it hurts.
