Dear Team, This is to inform you that we are hearing a problem on neck and my uncle is already admit on Doctor ram manohar Lohia hospital. Please find attached the information of the problem.

As per the prescription..he has developed neck abscess with right sided vocal fold palsy..CT scan neck with contrast should be done to rule any growth in the neck or lungs..
