Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I’m taking every morning my medicine 50 mcg but my tag level is too high. I’m feeling tired,had hair loss, cold and feeling feverish every time

I feel a humming sound always when anyone talked to me with low or high volume. I have nasal problem too.

I experience a pain in my ear for almost 1 week now, first, I feel pain in my left outer ear then after 2-3 days it was gone then The pain was transferred to my right ear and it was almost 1 week now. I feel a little bit inside of my right ear sometimes and feels that it was blocked. What should I do?

I have been having cough , cold n viral fever since 4 days. Took medicines n antibiotics. As of now having dry n itch throat which isn't getting soothes by and cough syrup or water or Strepsils. It's irritating and causing dry cough only and disrupting sleep too. Have cold but the phlegm isn't coming out even after taking steam and doing gargles.
