Throat making khad khad noise when cough

I am 25 yr old living in Delhi. My nose is running from 4 month. I have taken 2 month course of L-Cit-M and duonose nasal spray. Shows no improvement. But from last two week I am getting very thick and sticky mucous and also my throat make khad khad noise while coughing. Please suggest some treatment...

As per your description you might have allergic rhinitis.. permanent cure is not possible.. may take some medicines which increase immunity against allergens.. visit an ENT specialist for opinion..
