My right nostril remains blocked throughout year causing difficulties in breathing.My head and eyes gets heavy and some swelling on cheek and nose side.

As per your description you might have developed nasal polyp or mass in the right nasal cavity.. chronic rhinosinusitis or DNS should also be ruled out.. visit an ENT specialist for opinion..
