Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello sir,my problems are big nose ,How much to nose surgery same me my nose sir

Headach slightly Breathing issue tough to breath And weekness problem Pain in bones

I’ve had a cough and congested sinuses for about 4 days. Cough is very deep and I keep coughing up mucus. I woke up this morning and my eyes were more red than usual and had a lot of discharge.

Food/liquid got struck in the throat makes breathing difficult while swallowing causes vomit

I have a rod shapes mass in right side of lower jaw and some ball like masses on left side for 2 years.

Cannot speak. Cannot swallow. Suffering from fever . severe pain in nose and throat since last three days.

I have woken up today with very severe pain in my left ear. What should I do to cure this. This is no instance of any water going inside it or similar. P.S. - During Air journey, at the time of landing, I always get unbearable pain in my ears and head. I had travelled very recently and the ear pain did not subsided for the next two days. Please see if it is too related to my with ear pain?

For last few years at random moments I will just choke on nothing and have a coughing fit, normally leading to being sick from gagging. Happens every few days.

I have an itching in my throat for a long time. Some time it hurts while eating.

I just notice yesterday.. that one of my salivary submandibular gland is maybe swollen it can be felt only when I put my neck down .. there is no lump . It's very slightly pains n a lil sore throat..
