Constant nose running

I have been having running nose from last 2 days.. Can i take any aditional meditions.... Am recently discharged from the hospital admitted as heart stroke patient

Since you have cardiac problems you should avoid taking medicines such as decongestants. You can use nasal drops such as Otrivin and you can use anti Histamine medicine such as levocetrizine for symptomatic relief from cold
