I have a sinus problem. i'm not able to breadth due to stuffy nose. would you please suggest me a tablet with no side effect..less power yet effective..i am using nasal decongestant but i have herd that they should not be used for long time. help me

What is this stinky whole white that comes out from my throat? And when it can't come out, i can smell the stinky inside my throat. It only comes out sometimes

I’ve been having symptoms of a sinus infection for about a week now and the over the counter medicines have been able to ease my symptoms but I sometimes get into caughin fits after I eat and it causes me to vomit. Is this normal?
