I woke up with swollen, very tender submental lymph nodes, headache, felt very exhausted so I went to urgent care. They did a strep test and said it was negative so then did blood test to check white cells, said it was normal but then said they rechecked my strep test and it came back positive so gave me antibiotics. But can they recheck the same swab? Because they didn't swab again and I feel like they just wanted me to leave because they were busy. I've had strep before and it was different

Swolen submental lymph node may happend from facial skin infection. Dental caris to rule out others. Continue antibiotics. For few days. If it remains do a FNAC test.
