Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, for the past 5 weeks or so i have noticed the glands under my jaw have swollen quite a bit and my throat in general has felt tight. Im not having trouble breathing but it feels weird. I vape and smoke marijuana but have switched to vaping concentrates only.

Unable to keep any sugar,spicy and anthing else even water in mouth. its boring. mouth has lot of sore. always her stomach asking food. she is taking food every 30min else she will become tired. RUT infection got confirmed also she took tablets. but unable to predict by any doctor. now she is tking only B12. though its in same level.

I have been unable to taste anything for about 2 weeks, my throat feels strange when I swallow. I have not been able to hear out of my left ear for 2 weeks and I feel pressure, and now there is pain behind my left eye

I can’t hear much and I think I have glue ear. I might need surgery to get grommets but I just wanted to check with you first.

I have a constantly hoarse voice & stuffy/dry nose. I have no mucus when I blow my nose. I have seen my doctor several times over the last 18 months and tried various treatments, even being referred to ENT around 10 months ago who had a look at my nose and throat but said all was fine. Since then the issue has become worse.

I have went to doctor for the cause my voice changed.after doing endoscopy doctor prescribed these medicines .I feel better with my I have to take this medicines or not .As in  submitted picture

My mom head spinning till last night and sensation of boating.which medicine I prefer??

I have problems with my health like every night i get 106-7° degree fever and the fever lasts for 3-4 hours then im all sweaty. My ear has infection too so when i get fever im unable to hear properly but when it goes away and when i yawn or take a burp it opens and closes properly I am not getting I've malaria or middle ear infection :(

I feel buzzing sound in my right ear and some sometimes giddiness and vomiting tendency is also there. I have previously diagnosed with migraine

Before 1 year adenoid operation was done of my son. But sleep snoring was not gone till today. He is so suffering while sleep and making so snoring. After operation snoring was little down but slowly its gain . So i just ask one questions its possible to once again adenoid problem was back to my son. What happens please tell me? Any chance to make operation once again What can i do please suggest me? Because doctor says after operation its not happens again in whole life. So please help me out from this issue
