Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am 25 years old. Have been having headaches on/off, high BP has been observed sometimes whenever headache is severe, took bp medicine came down, then again went up again. Have done renal Doppler and ruled out any kidney issue causing high BP. BMI 24.7. I have a deviated nasal septum and snore very loudly in nights. Feel very tired and restless most days even after full 7-8 hrs sleep. Lately headache when waking up and don't feel like waking up at all. Can this be sleep apnea? And if it is how much does a sleep study in Bangalore cost?

I am suffering from high pich voice from past 10 years voice like female (puberphonia)

Having pain in right side of my throat while swallowing anything or even while drinking water.

I have wounds in my right nose but the pain is spreading from nose to chin,jaws and back.please suggest me I couldn't able to sleep properly.kindly provide me instant relief medicines

Ringing in ear along with blocked feeling and dizziness that started after ear pain on monday during a sinus infection

Heavy sinus pain huge swelling on both eyebrows i can't able to bare its like burning because of this can't able to work took ct scan for sinus they said  in four sector three sector is filled with muscus and another one is ok i have visited local doctor he said we will do puncture and release the muscus I'm totally panic of surgery is their any alternative method of process to get immediate remedies for my sinus pain can any of the  best doctor help me out

I’m currently in Iceland away from England and having difficulty breathing. There is a lot of white stuff at the back of my throat and I’m finding it hard to breath and have thick phlegm.

Earlier today I ate a sandwich, and ever since then i've experienced pressure and pain in my throat and neck. I feel the pain whenever I swallow, move my neck, or lay down.

I'm 21 year old female , today morning i found a left post auricular swelling , but no signs of acute inflammation except it's painful only if i touch it , i was complaining of daily headache for the past week , i never had mosquitoes in my apartment except for the past few days what could be the differential diagnosis !!!!? or what is the appropriate investigation !!

5 years back, I had my tympanoplasty surgery of my right ear. I used to have frequent ear infections and fluid drain from my right ear before the surgery but it pretty much stopped after the surgery. I had like 60% hearing loss before which improved to 30% right after 2 months of the surgery. Yet I can feel significant difference in the hearing capacity of my right ear from my left one (which happens to be totally fine). But, everything is fine and normal because my ruptured eardrum has been totally fine and healed for so long... I desire to use earphones ( neither excessively nor at high volume) but my parents believe it is still harmful. Is it fine if I use earphones or headphones? If yes then what could be the possible limitations?
