Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello. About 2 and a half hours ago I had some meat skewers at work for dinner but noticed something a little off. I've eaten this dozens of times before but this time it felt like something was lodged in my throat. I thought it was me just being paranoid but a few hours later I coughed up some wooden skewer bits. These bits weren't too sharp but they definitely poked my tongue. I also feel like there still might be some bits left and I'm not sure what to do.

I am a female(22), having cold since 2 days. yesterday evening, i had little pain above my right ear in the head, later it was okay. Today, i had my head bath and after some time, when i breathe in with phlem in my nose, i felt like my head part is totally stuck for some time. when i just simply swallow, or breathe hard, i’m feeling such horrible pain inside my head. it was scary and i feel like something is seriously wrong with me. I don’t know what to do. Please advice soon. Thanks in advance.

I ve been having a ringing sound in my ear since last night. Which is resulting in lack of sleep and concentration.

I have a severe throat pain , also find difficulty in swallowing. There are some white deposits on the muscles at d sides of the uvula region. Do i require antibiotics or a good flushing of my mouth with mouth wash and gargling with salt water frequently help ?
