Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello there from few days I feel like something is always stuck in my throat and doesn't clear even when I brush in the morning .. from few days while I brush my teeth black cough comes out From deep of my throat with with little blood in it .. can anyone tell me the reason for it ..

My TSH is 2.60 & the free thyroxine is 1.21, can you explain what this means? I have all the signs for hypo, but i have a few signs of hyper. I have rheumatoid arthritis

I m suffering with cold& cough last 2 week. While in morning (cold time) cough is continuous and become through pain, if any dust in air air that time also continues cough. And I consulted a doctor. he prescribed digihaler SF 250 , aziklin 250,mecmont tablets. My doubt is, is it my problem is simple cold cough or due to allergic.... How I know it.

It's been a month since I caught cold and it's not getting alright. Recently I saw something strange..the colour of my mucus(phelgm) is Dark brown.

I'm having a body ache plus a very bad throat pain. I feel very dizzy and have a fever too. Whenever i eat something i feel more dizzy. I have pain in my legs too.
