Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have seen blood dripping out once in a day for the past 3 days..I am worried what could be the reason and how to reduce it on medication??!!

I started out with a bad ear infection and then started antibiotics but my hearing reduced dramatically. I read online that apple cider vinegar mixed with water could help, but I forgot to add water. It burned and hurt bad. About a week went by and I found out I had an inner and outter ear infection with a "possible" ruptured ear drum. I forgot to tell them about the apple cider vinegar incident though. Should I be worried about it and call or go back in?

Blood comes out when i cough and clear my throat in the morning and evening. It has become more frequent now. I don't have TB. There's a very unpleasant taste at the back of my throat when i swallow. My jaw on the right side sometimes gets weird.
