Morning before brush when I clear my throat , I spit up lite orange saliva(it is cleared after 2-3 spits), is there something to worry?

My 10 month old had an ear infection 2 weeks ago. She seemed to of got better a couple of days later but for the past few days she's had a temp, sore eyes that have been stuck together on a morning, she's been very snotty and woke up this morning with a nose bleed. She hasn't got a temp at the moment but is sleeping a lot.
