Since you have deviated nasal septum along with external deformity of the nose you may need to undergo septorhinoplasty for correction of both the issues. Usually recovery after surgery will take at least a week. If you are not bothered about external deformity then septoplasty is sufficient and after septoplasty recovery occurs within 3 to 5 days.
