Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been feeling right nose block for long time and had suffered from headache twice in a week for last one month. I consulted the nearby ent specialist and he suggested me for scan. The scan report says the following impression a, bilateral frontal ethmoid sinusitis b, deviated nasal septum towards right side c, left inferior turbinate hypertrophy. Doctor told me to undergo sinus laser surgery for permanent solution. Is surgery really needed for this or is there any alternate option to cure it naturally.

I've been having ear pain as well as mouth pain from 20 days plz give a suggestion as early as possible

I have been having intermediate burning sensation in my throat. It started when i ate too many chillies in a day .. since then it hasnt stopped. I smoke too : average : 5 cigs a day.

Hello ..my problem is that i always had a straight nose but with time i started to have a bumb on my nose and it changed the way it looks ...and i feel that the bone of my nose is bigger and i just want to know why and what can i do about ot.

I get shortness of breath from time to time and i get the feeling that my throat has something stuck in it. i have to spit in order for the feeling to kind of go away. now my nose is closed too and i cant breathe properly

For the past few days it feels like theres been water moving in my right ear, no pain just annoying and slightly uncomfortable. I had tubes in my ears when I was a child due to multiple ear infections and haven't had one since. Could I still have one now after 25 years with no colds recently and no allergies?

I have pain in my throat .... was thinking of taking an antibiotic as have to travel abroad in a week
