Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am feeling something is stuck in the left side of my throat like fishbone but the X ray report nothing is there.I have noticed a small mass under my epiglottis.my nose is 75% time totally blocked too. Mouth and the throat is itching all the time and I am having continous sneezes.whike raising the voice I am feeling irritation and pain in the left side.and the left side of the throat is hard too.

So every year around this time during winter I get sick. It has happened for 4 years in a row the same sickness usually in varying intensity. A really bad sore throat, intense muscle aches, and throat burning/pain. Last year it went away and came back 3 times for 3 months and lasted about 3 weeks. I could live with it if it wasnt for the fact that its during swim season so my speeds take a hit, im in 3 choirs so i kind of need my throat to not be dying. I dont believe swimming has an effect.

My nose has been itchy all day and I thought it was due to mucus, but when I came to clean my nose there was no mucus, just a red/pink itchy swelling in my right nostril.

I am much irritated with my voice . i am talking with my mouth only but sounds like i am talking with my nose pls help me to get rid of this

It's regarding my son he is 12 years old I took him to the urgent care today and he was tested positive for strep throat but his heart rate was 156 should I be worried ?

A bad smell which has been coming from a month ago from my mouth Afew days back i have consulted ent doctor He has suggested HAT test which type of test is this??

Last year while i was in bus ,due to to the sudden break applied by the bus driver,my left ear was hit by the handle rod with severe impact.From that time it became so sensitive to normal sounds and even wind also.It will start paining inside.I have visited ENT doctors for the problem but not solved.I suspect there might be any internal injury that cannot be seen with normal eye inside my ear.In this winter ,the problem is more because of severe paining inside.Please guide me in this regard.

I have extreme itching around my ears (mostly behind but also the ear lobes). Around the same time this started, the holes where my ears are pierced started weeping. This came right after my sinus infection ended. It’s now been 4 days and it’s driving me nuts. Waking me up in the night etc. We live in Panama and don’t have easy access to good health care. I am scheduled to have a Septoplasty with Subsubmucous Resection (SMR) on December 18, 2017 in my Otolaryngologists Office, under local anesthesia to correct a deviated septum. I am being prescribed Diazepam and Percocet to take prior to arrival, but I am unsure of the doses as the prescriptions will not be picked up until December 12th. The doses will likely be 10mg each.
