My right ear pierced hole is too big now . My earring drop out of it while sleep. What can I do to make hole smaller

You may need to undergo procedure known as ear lobuloplasty commonly known as ear lobe repair. It is a minor surgical procedure done under local anesthesia. Usually enlarged piercing is closed completely using sutures and reopening can be made after couple of months
