Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I got slapped on my right ear . From that time , it is like blocked and I can't hear anything clearly only on my right ear . What can I do now?

I am having wet cough bring up green mucus nose is burning I got sick sun night I feel ok it's the wet cough and whezzing I have

It started with a sinus infection which got better with antihistamines, nasal spray, and pseduogest. Sinus pressure was relieved but I still had a cough and runny nose week or so later. Doctor says it doesn’t look like bacterial and probably sinus infection moving to chest. 2 weeks later symptoms persist and I get z-pack and codeine. I am finished the antibiotics but I still have postnasal drip cough, an itchy throat, crackling in the ears (sometimes), and what feels like a swollen throat

I am too sensitive to cold weather,every day early in the morning I get continuous sneezing,Running nose since long time May be around 4 years,it's too irritating. Recently  Local doctor prescribed Nazomac FF and Levosiz,is it safe ?

My daughter have cold problem and some times she has stuck nose for that I am using otrinose salain spray. Will you please let me know maximum how much time sprey is good for my baby.
