Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a sore throat throat from 2 weeks.. today i saw a hole in the back of my throat beside the tonsils..what it can be..i am a 2 year smoker

My left ear clogged always. I blew air by closing nose to clear, but within few seconds. It is clogged again. And there's sometimes yellow pus when I clean. And the inside nostril is red and mild pain when i rub.

I hv been facing problem of cold from childhood due to which i feel some thing like cold in my private part so what i hv to do

Last month have started acid reflux ,treated it now feeling better long Acid reflux leads to cancer? Is there permanent cure for acid reflux?

I have had a cough every morning for the past two months and cant get rid of. I need some help

I'm feeling pain in the ear... Consulted many ENT doctors..they said nthng prblm inside the ear.but I'm feeling the same pain from past few months.. I don't know whom I have to consult. And past 2days I'm uncomfortable While combing the hair ...On the ear side full scalp is paining.... Please suggest the Dr. That which physician I have to consult

I have headache ,back pain ,nose running, heavy sight ,and cold . I have pain in my joint.

Having troat pain and consult ENT. He suggest for scaning. From scaning result they suggest for FNCA. Am attaching both th scaning and FNAC result here. What it mean..?

I have detecting some dot in the Uvula. It becomes painful when i try to eat something though it has no pain at all.
