Hi my baby is 13months and has running nose and coughing and sneezing few times in a day...at night not able to sleep due to nose blockage. Should I give ataraxia drops and what is the dosage?

I'm suffering ear sounds problem since 29 November. I went to many doctors they gave some medicines but I haven't found any relief.due to my head got too heavy I'm getting irritating and I'm unable to sleep at night properly. Have had violent coughing fits for 5 days now. For first two days also had sore throat and felt like normal cold. But past 3 days has just been painful, violent coughing and a bit of nasal congestion. Lymph nodes in throat are swollen. Very tired. Constantly awoken in the night from cough. Have taken cough syrup, cough drops, sudafed, they barely help. Concerned because it is making my throat tender on the outside. I also frequently almost vomit from coughing so hard.

Dis winter I had serious cough problem nd breathlessness. After stopping all antibiotics it is one tablet of Montek at night nd I am Ok fr d next day. But if I stop I again get back dat cough. Wat shud I do.
