Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Left nosal inner wall( at mid of nosal passage) light reddish area seen. Also have mild burning sensation.

I have a pain only on the right side of my throat and its not sore throat as i had it just a day before. So i know the difference in the pain. Also it causes me difficulty in swallowing.

Its been days since i have the nasal congestion. It repeatedly occurs and is followed by continuous running nose and sneezing.

I have an irritated bump on my tonsils. it hurts when I swallow or eat . it doesn't pop. it doesn't seem to be getting bigger. I noticed it about two days ago . and before then I had some tonsil stones that I had removed with a bobby pin. do u have any idea what the bump could be? I have tested for STDs already a few weeks ago and I'm deferentially clean.

I have pain at left side part of lower jaw. It's been 3 days it started. I have taken a muscle pain killer , it was a bit of releif and it started again.

I caught cold..chest is fine but upper respiratory tract is congested- i have been sneezing and coughing mucus with some fever.what short course of antibiotic must i take? i have no allergies and i am trying to conceive.

I was Suffering from throat infection and cough. So I took Azithromycin 500 and cheston cold. now throat infection is cleared. But due to cough I am facing back pain problem. So plz suggest me solution.
